Redmi Turbo 4 Pro Launching with 2.5K display next week, Snapdragon 8S General 4 Chip

The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is being launched in China next week. This will be the first smartphone to come with Qualcomm’s newly launched Snapdragon 8s 8s 4 chip. While the exact launch date is still under raps, Wang Teng Thomas, head of the Redmi brand, recently confirmed in a post on Weibo that the launch is scheduled for the coming days.
Wang also confirmed that the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro would have a 2.5K resolution display. He said that the device would be a true “pro”, which would offer more performance than rival brands than ACE and NEO series. Realme has also confirmed that it will have Snapdragon 8S General 4 chipset facility. This will be the first smartphone for Sport Qualcomm’s new 4Nm processor. The chipset was unveiled with an octa-core design, which was combined with the Adreno 825 GPU using a large core for better speed and efficiency. The new chip is asked to improve the CPU performance in the previous generation.
With the teaser walking for weeks, Redmi has made one thing clear-the Earth Turbo 4 Pro is targeted on users who want a flagship-tier performance without breaking the bank. The phone is also commonly asked to offer high specifications found in this price bracket, possibly up to 24 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, although the final configuration is yet to be officially confirmed.
On the design front, the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is expected to sports a premium look, with a glass back panel that is supported by a metal middle frame for durability. According to the leak, the Turbo 4 Pro will have a 6.83-inch flat LTPS display with 2.5K resolution and in-display fingerprint scanner. The display will mark a noticeable upgrade from Standard Redmi Turbo 4, which was launched earlier this year with a 1.5K OLED panel.
For photography, the Pro model is rumored to include a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) with an 8-megapixel secondary camera.
Under the hood, the battery life is another area where the turbo 4 Pro can shine. The device has been extended to include 7,550mAh+ batteries, which crosses current battery leaders such as IQO Z10, which offers 7,300mAh cells. The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is also rumored to support 90W fast wired charging, which enable power-ups rapidly for its larger batteries. IP68 or IP69 are also whispering dust and water resistance, which will further increase durability.
For global availability, the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is expected to remain China-infinite tools, at least under its original branding. However, reports suggest that the phone can be rebuilt as Poco F7 for international markets, the strategy of Xiaomi regionally to the separation of its Redmi and POCO lines.
