Xiaomi spinoff Redmi is welcoming the new year with two new devices. The Redmi Note 15 and Redmi Pad 2 Pro launching today in India bring a number of notable features including a powerful display and a large battery at a relatively affordable price. The price of Redmi Note 15 starts at Rs 22,999 while for Redmi Pad 2 Pro you will have to pay at least Rs 24,999. Here are all the details.

Redmi Note 15 5G design and display

The Redmi Note 15 5G comes with a circular camera module that dominates the back. The back panel is made of plastic and comes with a textured design. The profile of the device is slim, measuring 7.35 mm thick. You also get an IP66 rating for dust and water resistance.

On the front, the Redmi Note 15 5G features a 6.77-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Redmi says that the maximum brightness of the panel is 3,200nits. You also get an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Under the hood, the Redmi Note 15 5G is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, paired with UFS 2.2 storage.

The Note 15 5G has a 108-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultrawide. The main sensor supports video recording up to 4K at 30fps with optical image stabilization (OIS). The selfie shooter is a 20-megapixel sensor.

The Note 15 5G packs a 5,520mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. You also get a charger inside the box.

Redmi Note 15 5G will go on sale in India from January 9, 2026. The base 8GB/128GB variant is priced at Rs 22,999 while the top-end 8GB/256GB model is priced at Rs 24,999. Xiaomi says you can also avail a bank offer of Rs 3,000.

Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G design and features

The Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G comes with a rectangular design with rounded corners. The device weighs 610 grams and is 7.5mm thick. The Pad 2 Pro 5G packs a massive 12,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Like Redmi Note 15 5G, you get a charger in the box.

The Pad 2 Pro 5G comes with a 12.1-inch QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. You also get Dolby Atmos support along with a quad-speaker setup. The Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC with 5G support.

Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G launch and expected price

Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G price starts at Rs 24,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant with Wi-Fi. The same memory configuration with 5G connectivity is priced at Rs 27,999. The top-end 8GB/256GB model with 5G is priced at Rs 29,999. The sale of Pad 2 Pro 5G will start from January 12, 2026. Buyers can get bank offers worth Rs 2,000.
