Xiaomi is going to launch the new Redmi Note 14 Pro series in China tomorrow i.e. on September 26. This could mean that the smartphones could soon launch in the Indian market as well. Last year, the Redmi Note 13 Pro series was launched at the end of the year and in India, the series was made official in the first week of January 2024. There was a gap of a month between the launch in China and India. This means that it is possible that the Redmi Note 14 Pro could launch in the Indian market by the end of this year. But, this is our guess. Xiaomi is yet to confirm the India launch dates.

Redmi Note 14 Pro series: What we know so far

However, Xiaomi has confirmed that the Redmi Note 14 Pro series is launching in China tomorrow. As per tradition, this series will include two smartphones: Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro+. The teaser has confirmed that both smartphones will have Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection on the display and IP66, IP68, and IP69 certification for water resistance.

Redmi Note 14 Pro series: Expected specifications and features

Xiaomi has so far revealed very little about the Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro+ smartphones, but there have been several leaks about the specifications and design of the phones. The leaks suggest that the Redmi Note 14 Pro models will be available in three colour options: white, blue, and purple. The leak also suggests that the Redmi Note 14 Pro series will feature a curved display.

Apart from this, the Pro model is also rumoured to have a triple camera setup, with a 50-megapixel main camera. The device will reportedly be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. The smartphone is expected to have 90W fast charging support. The display, which is confirmed to be curved, is also rumoured to have a 1.5K resolution.

Redmi Note 14 Pro series: Expected price in India

Even though it launched in China, the Redmi Note 14 Pro series is quite popular in India as well. Although nothing has been confirmed about the price in India or China yet, if we look at the price of the Redmi Note 13 Pro series, we can expect the Redmi Note 14 Pro price in India to start at Rs 25,000, while the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ will go up to Rs 36,000.
