Redmi Note 14 Pro+ joins the AnTuTu charts for September

Must read

On the first day of each month AnTuTu publishes two charts for the previous months, one showing the best-performing top smartphones, the other focusing on upper-mid-range devices. October is here, so let’s see what the charts hold for September.

The Red Magic 9S Pro+ once again tops the high-end chart, while the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has managed to climb to the second spot. This is followed by Redmi K70, iQOO Neo9S Pro+, iQOO Neo9S Pro, iQOO Z9 Turbo+, iQOO 12, vivo X100, OnePlus 12 and OnePlus Ace 3 Pro.

Compared with August, Vivo X100 Ultra and X100 Pro have left the top 10, replaced by iQOO Z9 Turbo+ and iQOO 12. As you can see, there are no Oppo devices in the bar chart this time, nor is there any Xiaomi, which tells you that those brands don’t focus too much on optimizing performance in benchmarks like this one.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 flagship variant is still in the lead, at least until the 8 Gen 4 and Dimensity 9400 arrive later this month. As the folks at AnTuTu say, it’s now the calm before the storm. Six of the top 10 devices are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and the remaining four are powered by the Dimensity 9300 or 9300+.

Moving on to the upper-midrange space, the OnePlus Ace 3V remains on top, followed by the Realme GT Neo6 SE, Redmi K70E, Realme GT Neo5 SE, Redmi Note 12 Turbo, iQOO Z8, and iQOO Neo7 SE in the top 7. Same as last month. The changes come in the remaining three spots, with the Redmi Note 12T Pro climbing one spot to number 8, the iQOO Z9 at ninth, and the recently launched Redmi Note 14 Pro+ at tenth.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 is still the king of this space, powering the devices that occupy the top two spots. Its only real alternative is the Dimensity 8300-Ultra which is in third place. The Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, Dimensity 8200, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, and Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 can’t compete at the top of this list, so they’ve been pushed to the lower positions.

These AnTuTu charts show the average score of each model in September, and exclude devices with less than 1,000 runs. Data is from China only.
