Realme is ready to launch the new Realme GT 7 this month. The company has yet to reveal an official date for launch, but is teasing the phone to Realme Weibo, an indication that the launch should not exceed a few weeks. In one of these teasers, Realme confirmed that the smartphone will be operated by MediaTek’s Demensity 9400+ Chipset. This reflects a axis in Realme’s strategy, as the anterior to the phone, was operated by Realum GT6, Snapdragon 8 General 3SOC.

Realme officials have said that Realme GT 7 will be the first smartphone to facilitate the new demonstance 9400+ chipset. The chip is to debut on 11 April.

As the name suggests, MediaTek Dimentation 9400+ will be an overclocked version of Demides 9400 launched in October last year. Built on the 3Nm process of TSMC, the CPU setup has a high-demonstration cortex-x 925 core at 3.73GHz, with three cortex-x 4 core 3.30GHz and four Cortex-A720 core operated at 2.4GHz.

With 9400+ Chip, Realme GT 7 will compete with other major options such as Redmi K80 Ultra and OnePlus Ace 5S in China, both expect to use the same chipset from both.

The device is expected to run Android 15 out of the box with Realme UI 6.0.

Realme battery and design

Additionally, Realme GT 7 is expected to be operated by 7,000mAh single-cell battery with 100W fast charging support. The smartphone is also expected to sports a 6.78 -inch AMOLED flat display with a 1.5K resolution and high refresh rate.

Despite the large battery, Realme GT7 is expected to be light and thin. Its specifications have not been detected.

While official pricing has not yet been confirmed, Realme GT 7 is priced at around 3,000 yuan, which translates around Rs 35,000 with direct conversion. When the smartphone is launched in India, the prices from taxes can be around Rs 40,000. It will also suit the prices of Realm GT6 in India, launched for base variants with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB internal storage for Rs 40,000.

GT6 came with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. GT 7 is believed to have up to 24GB RAM. Rumors suggest that it will come in four configurations, with RAM options of 8GB, 12GB, 16GB and 24GB, and storage options range from 128GB to 1TB.

For photography, GT7 will allegedly have a 50-megapixel primary camera, 8-megapixel ultravide lens and 16-megapixel front camera.
