Actress and voice artist Raveena Ravi exposed two men who harassed her and her family for three years, and urged authorities to take strict action after the incidents continued despite previous police complaints.

Actress and voice artiste Raveena Ravi has taken to Instagram to expose two persons whom she alleges have harassed her and her family for the past three years. Sharing her ordeal on Instagram, she said that despite repeated complaints to the Chennai Police, the harassment continues through various accounts.

He posted photos of the men, named Sabreesh and his twin brother, on his Instagram account to raise awareness and demand safety for themselves and their loved ones.

In his post, Ravi described how men have targeted not only him but also his friends and family with constant messages and comments. He stressed that the legal action has had no impact on the alleged harassers. Ravi wrote, “Public awareness: Do not ignore. I am posting this to protect my family, my friends and myself from the stalker who has been harassing us for three years.”

Ravi detailed the distress caused by the ongoing harassment, citing the use of obscene and derogatory language against him and people close to him. He expressed regret that his family and friends had to endure this situation.

She wrote, “I remained silent in the hope that police complaints and warnings would stop it. Unfortunately, a man named Sabreesh and his twin brother continue to harass me, my family and my friends. They use hateful language in messages and comments, targeting not only me, but also people close to me. I am deeply sorry to my friends and family who had to deal with this because of me. We have tried to take the legal route, But the harassment has not stopped.”

The actor also claimed that the harassment extended beyond her close circle, affecting other women in the industry as well. She writes, “Apparently, he operates from multiple accounts and finds ways to not only stalk and harass me, but offers fabricated scenarios of ‘already met’, ‘arranged marriage’ to many other female actors and practitioners.”

Ravi appealed to the public to be cautious. She urged followers to be cautious about connecting with alleged harassers online: “Block and report his profile. Be alert if you get any messages from him or his brother. Do not engage with their comments or messages.”

Additionally, Ravi questioned Chennai’s reputation as a safe city for women, tagging Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, National Commission for Women, Tamil Nadu Police and cyber crime pages, writing, “Chennai is often called the safest city for women in India. I really hope the authorities take action against such people to prove that this city is safe for all.”
