Rappers Jay-Z and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs have been named in a new civil lawsuit for the sexual assault and rape of a 13-year-old girl in 2000. According to a report nbc newsThe lawsuit was initially filed in October in New York with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs as the defendant. It was revised again on Sunday with the name Jay-Z, whose full name is Shawn Carter.

Carter, aka Jay-Z, called the allegations “heinous” in a statement on Rox Nation’s X page.

The woman, identified as Jane Doe, filed the lawsuit through her attorney Tony Buzbee. Details of the incident were explained in the lawsuit. In the lawsuit Doe claimed that she had allegedly signed a document which she believed was a non-disclosure agreement in order to enter the party.

She claimed that the house she arrived at was full of celebrities consuming marijuana and cocaine. She recalled that she felt ‘nauseous and dizzy’ after drinking the drink she was given. As soon as she chose a room to lie down and rest, she alleges that Combs and Carter came into the room and took turns raping her. He also said that a female friend witnessed the attack.

Jay-Z mentioned in his statement that there was a blackmail attempt by Tony Buzbee. He wrote, “These allegations are of such a heinous nature that I urge you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil complaint!! Whoever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked up, do you agree?” Won’t it happen?” ,

Jay-Z is married to Beyoncé, and they are the parents of three children – 12-year-old Blue Ivy Carter and seven-year-old twins, Rumi and Sir.

He then tells how his family was heartbroken after these allegations. “My only grief is for my family. My wife and I have to sit our children down, one of whom is at an age where her friends will surely look at the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and the cruelty. Representatives for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs called the lawsuit a ‘shameful publicity stunt’. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted any man or woman. Not sexually exploited or trafficked, adult or minor.”

Over the past few months, American rapper Sean Diddy Combs has been facing several lawsuits on charges of rape, sex trafficking and racketeering.
