Rapper Hoodibbi is the other rapper facing allegations of attack with Chris Brown in the 2023 bottle Smashing case, which took place in London. The musicians are ready to appear in the Magistrate Court of Manchester on Saturday, in a statement confirmed the Metropolitan Police.
According to TMZ, Chris Brown on Friday marked his presence in the same court, after facing allegations with a count of severe physical damage.
The judge ruled on 16 May that Chris remains in police custody till the next hearing session, which is scheduled in Southwark Crown Court on 13 June. This decision comes at a difficult time for Brown, as he is ready to release his new album, Breezi Bowl XX on 8 June.
The composer was arrested back in 2023 after hitting a bottle on the head of music maker Abe Diav at a club in London. The producer sued Brown on the alleged attack and accused him of beating him until he was unconscious. Diav was later admitted to the hospital due to serious injuries, which he was suffering from the incident.
Brown lawyers confirmed from the media portal that they are “chasing all legal measures to make them accountable.” Next to the court hearing, Brown was taken to the dock by the authorities.
Donating a black T-shirt and sweatpants, the composer confirmed his name and other identity details. Brown confirmed his address to be a local Lori Hotel and then went into custody with the authorities.
On the work front, the singer is ready to get out on a tour in the coming months, if the legality will be fixed by then.
