The holy month of Ramadan is here. In India, Ramadan began on the evening of 28 February 2025 and will end on 29 March 2025. It is said that the holiest month of the year will be, Muslims around the world are watching fast from sunrise to sunset, which has no food or water. They break their fast only after the evening prayer and is known as Eftar with a special evening feast. If you attend any Iftaar party, you definitely know how grand it can be. ROOH AFZA is a rose syrup concentration (focused squash) in 1906 in Ghaziabad by a person named Naqi Ali Shah and launched from Old Delhi. Later, it was manufactured by companies established by him and his sons; And since then, it has remained a popular drink between the whole of India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Its popularity has reached such heights that today, Roh Afa and Rose Sherbet are synonymous with each other. And whenever we need them, we love Roh Afa’s bottles at home.

Ramadan 2025-Special: How to make Roh Afa-style rose sherbet | 10-Mint Rose Sherbat Recipe:
First make sugar syrup and add rose petals and rose taste to it. Mix everything well. Now, add the essence of milk and rose. And in a jolt, the rose is ready to rebuild the sherbet.
To serve this special rose sorbet, fill the 1/4th cup of sorbet in a glass and add cold water to it. Mix everything well and serve. You can also squeeze some lemon juice on it to add some touch to the drink.
