Ram Charan and the film’s lead actress Kiara Advani are in Lucknow for the teaser launch of the film.
Teaser launches are usually held in major cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad or Delhi, making the Lucknow event an unusual approach to connect with audiences in the heartland of North India. Ram Charan’s decision to launch the teaser in Lucknow comes as part of the makers’ aim to expand the visibility of Game Changer across different regions.
The game changer has been in the works for over two years. Apart from the lead pair, the S Shankar film features talented actors like SJ Suryah, Srikanth and Anjali. Initially scheduled for a Christmas 2024 release, Game Changer was pushed to January 10, 2025.
Interestingly, Game Changer is scheduled to release on the same day as Ram Charan’s father Chiranjeevi starrer Vishwambhara, both films are scheduled to release in Sankranthi 2025.
