Telugu film The Raja Saab has made its way to the theatres! With high anticipation from Prabhas fans, the fantasy horror comedy has received mixed reviews. The film starring Prabhas in the lead role also stars Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Nidhi Agarwal, Riddhi Kumar, Malavika Mohanan and Zarina Wahab. After the release of the first day’s show, fans were quick to point out that the makers have already confirmed the release of the next part. The Raja Saab Part 2 is titled The Raja Saab Circus 1935.
Although no official release date has been confirmed yet, it has been noted that the character of Raju, the title role played by Prabhas, will indeed return in The Raja Saab Circus 1935. However, it is not known whether the other actors including Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Nidhi Agarwal, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar or Zarina Wahab will return for the sequel. The lead star will reportedly play the role of a deadly clown in the second part.

Alzheimer’s patient Zarina Wahab’s Gangamma is taken care of by her grandson Raju. "Raja Saab" (Radiance). Raju has always been a small-town boy, cunning and desperate to make money at others’ expense. As the young man visits his grandmother to collect the remaining memories of her husband and tries to unravel the truth behind his absence, he discovers some very strange secrets. It is revealed that the powerful head of the family, whom everyone believed was an exorcist exiled in the past, had passed away long ago.
In Hyderabad, her grandfather’s past coincides with his return as a mysterious spirit who threatens the new heir. While Raju plans to sell the family’s old mansion, he faces off against Spirit, and things turn upside down. The conflict between the soul and the money-greedy grandson forms the crux of the story.
Raja Saab premiered in theaters in India on January 9, 2026, with a sequel confirmed to be in the works.
