R Madhavan refused to do Pan Masala advertisement
Actor R Madhavan recently turned down a lucrative offer to endorse a pan masala brand, citing his responsibility towards the audience. This comes at a time when there is a debate over celebrities endorsing such products.

Recently, the actor was offered a huge amount to become the brand ambassador of a pan masala brand. However, keeping in mind his responsibility towards the audience, Madhavan declined the offer.
According to sources, a big pan masala company was looking to expand its brand reach. After Madhavan turned down the offer, the brand is still looking for a new face.
Earlier, Shah Rukh Khan Akshay Kumar, Mahesh Babu and Ajay Devgn among others endorsed pan masala brands and were severely criticised by their respective audiences.
