Vladimir Putin today said Russia will set up manufacturing plants across India and praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “India-first” policies. Expressing his appreciation to Prime Minister Modi, President Putin acknowledged how New Delhi’s policies have contributed to India’s development by creating a stable environment for growth.

Impressed by the ‘Make in India’ policy, Mr Putin said, “Prime Minister Modi has a program called Make in India. We are also ready to set up our manufacturing operations in India.
