Pushpa (Hindi) 3rd Saturday India Box Office: Allu Arjun-Rashmika Mandanna’s film goes on overdrive; Earned Rs 18 crore on 17th day

Pushpa 2: The Rule has been dominating the box office with its strong run in theatres. It is scheduled to receive Christmas and New Year holiday bonuses in the last week of 2024. Pushpa 2, which is the sequel to Pushpa: The Rise, is in its third weekend at the box office and its pace doesn’t seem to be slowing down anytime soon. It has almost touched the mark of Rs 600 crore at the Hindi box office, surpassing Stree 2, the highest grossing film till date.

Pushpa 2 earns Rs 18 crore on 17th day in Hindi; Ready to register Rs 600 crore

Pushpa 2, which released in theaters on December 5, did well at the box office. The Hindi version of Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s film earned Rs 389 crore in the first week. The collection of the mass action drama in the second week was Rs 179 crore.

A day after earning Rs 10.50 crore on third Friday, Pushpa 2 earned Rs 18 crore on third Saturday in Hindi, taking its total collection to Rs 596.50 crore.

After the 17th day of earnings, Pushpa 2 has become the highest grossing film of all time in the Hindi market. It is expected to earn Rs 675 crore to Rs 700 crore by the end of its theatrical run.

Earlier this title was given to Stree 2 which was released on Independence Day this year. This horror comedy starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao collected Rs 585 crore. Amar Kaushik is now at the second position, followed by Jawan (Rs 558 crore), Gadar 2 (Rs 515 crore), Pathan (Rs 513 crore), Baahubali: The Conclusion (Rs 511 crore) and others.
