Mega blockbuster Pushpa 2 has ended its box office after eight weeks of release. It is still playing in some centers, but will only add a few lakhs to its total. The film also witnessed its digital release yesterday, making debut on Netflix. Allu Arjun starrer became the highest grossing film of all times in India, defeating the state’s Bahubali 2 for a long time. It is now closing on the rupee. 1381 crores in India. Globally, it ranks third, behind Dangal and Bahubali 2, with a gross of rupee. 1642 crores.
During its run, the film took several box office records in its name, which began with the biggest opening day, weekend and week for a film in India and also for an Indian film worldwide. Some major records are listed below:

The Hindi version of the film played the most important role in the film, which was achieving the glory of all its box office. The film is one of the biggest blockbusters in the Hindi box office history in the company of mythological blockbusters like Hahk, Gadar, DDLJ, Baahubali 2 and Similarly. Hindi version in itself is also Rs. 1000 crore mark became the fourth film to do so after Dangal, Pathan and Jawan. A detailed story on the same will come later.
In the original Telugu version, Pushpa 2 finished as the third highest grocer, which was less than the rupee. The 500 crore mark is following the RRR and Bahubali 2. In the home state APTS, it overtook Bahubali 2, which stands as the second largest grocer ever.
