Pushpa 2: Trade analysts predict lifetime collection of Allu Arjun’s film
Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 is ruling the ticket counters like no one else. We spoke to trade analysts to estimate how much the film will do at the box office.

Pushpa 2: The Rule, directed by Sukumar and starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, is currently doing phenomenal business at the box office, earning over Rs 1000 crore in the first five days of its release.
Trade analysts are calling this film a storm. Ramesh Bala told India Today Digital, “Pushpa 2 has collected approximately Rs 1067 crore in its first week. It has collected around Rs 500 crore in Hindi, Rs 350 crore from Tamil and Telugu regions and around Rs 250 crore from overseas. The film has good potential. Second week will also be good. So I hope the film will eventually do a business of Rs 1800 crore. International figures also show that it will be the highest grossing Indian film overseas.
Taran Adarsh, on the other hand, said, “Pushpa is a storm, hurricane, tsunami, whatever you want to call it, at the box office. It is doing a historic business. No other film comes close to this. It’s rewriting the record books. This is unprecedented, and I think it is a great achievement. It would be a bit early to predict the lifetime business of the film because it is a storm, as I said. But looking at the current trend, a good earning of Rs 700-900 crore in the Hindi circuit cannot be ruled out.
Pushpa 2 is the much-awaited sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise.
