Priyanka Chopra shares Nick Jonas’ funny reaction after trying Hajmola
Sharing her candid reaction during an appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4, Priyanka Chopra recalled her husband Nick Jonas’ amusing experience of trying Hajmola for the first time.
Priyanka Chopra recently shared an anecdote from her unexpected first meeting with her husband, singer Nick Jonas, and Hajmola, a popular Indian digestive tablet.
Priyanka was seen The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4Where he had a lively and candid conversation with host Kapil Sharma. During the conversation, she remembered how Nick once decided to try a digestion pill, even though she advised Nick not to do so.
Setting the context, Priyanka said, “Just think about feeding Hajmola to an American. (Just imagine giving Hajmola to an American)” highlighting the novelty of Jonas’s experience.
Kapil Sharma asked further question, “You have fed me Hajmola seriously? (You seriously gave her Hajmola?)” which Chopra confirmed and elaborated on the incident.
Chopra expanded on the story by describing her designated snack drawer at home. ,So I have a drawer, inside which there was plenty of Aamapad, Hajmola, all the chatter items in my house. Nick asks what’s in this drawer? So I said that you should be afraid of him a little; This is a little glimpse of your understanding (So I have a drawer which has mango papad, hajmola – a lot of spicy, spicy things that we usually keep at home. Nick asks what’s in this drawer. I tell him to stay away from it because it’s a little beyond his understanding),” she explained, reflecting on how Jonas’ curiosity was piqued by the unfamiliar items in his drawer.

Chopra continued, explaining how Jonas’ curiosity ultimately led him to try Hajmola: “One day they don’t know everything… so I fed them Hajmola. (But one day, he really wanted to know everything so I asked him to try Hajmola).”
Jonas had a very funny reaction when he tasted the digestive tablet. Revealing her reaction after tasting it, Priyanka said, “He was like, ‘Why does it smell like farts?’
This incident made both Kapil and the audience laugh.
