Priyamani joins Vijay, Pooja Hegde in H Vinoth’s Thalapathy 69. see poster
Actor Priyamani is the latest name to feature in Vijay’s last film, Thalapathy 69. Directed by H Vinoth, the film will hit the screens in October 2025.
The team of Thalapathy 69 on Thursday welcomed actor Priyamani in the last film of her career with Vijay. KVN Productions, the official production house backing the project, shared a poster on social media platform X and revealed Priyamani’s entry in the anticipated film.
The announcement came after the addition of stellar faces like Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde, Mamita Baiju and Gautham Vasudev Menon to the star cast. The production house shared a note along with the poster, which read, “The #Thalapathy69 family is happy to ‘officially’ welcome #Priyamani #Thalapathy69castreveal (sic).”
Priyamani is a popular and experienced actor. This is the first time that she has collaborated with Vijay on-screen. The film is being considered a political thriller. In fact, the first poster shared by KVN Productions mentioned Thalapathy Vijay playing the role of the “torch-bearer of democracy”.
The final title and release date of the film have not been revealed yet. However, it is getting ready for a grand release in October next year.
