Directed by Nag Ashwin, the much-awaited Telugu film Kalki 2898 AD is all set for a grand premiere in theatres. Starring Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan, this science-fiction thriller is an ambitious endeavor that will radically change the dynamics of this genre in the history of Indian cinema.

The first show of Kalki 2898 AD will start at 5:30 am
On the morning of 23rd June, renowned PR Suresh PRO shared a picture of a document signed by the Hon’ble Telangana Government on his social media platform X.
According to the document, Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD has been allowed special shows from June 27, 2024. However, the ticket prices have been increased for 8 days i.e. from June 27 to July 4.
The first show of the science fiction film will start at 5:30 am. According to the document, the ticket price in normal cinema halls has been increased by about Rs 70, while the ticket price in multiplexes has been increased by up to Rs 100.
This can be considered as a crucial step by the makers to cross some amount of the budget in the first week, which is surely going to be huge in terms of numbers.
Meanwhile, the recently released trailer of the film has increased the excitement of not only movie lovers but also the celebrities and directors of the industry. Currently, fans are preparing themselves to watch Nag Ashwin’s vision on the big screen.

The sci-fi spectacular will be releasing in theatres on 27th June 2024 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and English languages respectively.
