Poco F8 series to launch this month: India launch details, price and expected features
The global launch of the Poco F8 series this November has been confirmed. This series is expected to come with Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and advanced cameras. While global availability is set, India launch plans are still under wraps.

Poco is preparing to unveil its F8 series this month. In a recent post on X, the Chinese smartphone maker announced that the official global launch event will be held on November 26 in Bali, Indonesia. While the brand has kept the specifications and India launch details under wraps, speculations suggest that the Poco F8 Pro and F8 Ultra will be the global versions of the Redmi K90 and K90 Pro Max, which were recently launched in China. The F8 series is said to offer the same design and internals, albeit with a few changes including a change in battery.

Let’s take a detailed look at everything we know so far about the upcoming Poco F8 series.
According to reports, the global showcase will highlight the Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra, both of which are expected to bring flagship-level features to the lineup. The F8 Pro and F8 Ultra are speculated to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite and the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipsets respectively.
The Poco F8 Ultra is reported to have a triple-camera setup at the back, which will house 50-megapixel sensors for the primary, ultra-wide, and a periscope telephoto lens. The Ultra is also said to have a 20-megapixel selfie camera at the front.
The audio and display features are also reportedly getting an upgrade. The F8 Ultra is expected to have an additional speaker at the back along with the usual top and bottom speakers, which could significantly improve the multimedia experience.
On the display front, the Ultra is expected to have a 6.9-inch OLED panel, while the standard F8 may come with a 6.59-inch OLED display. Both models are likely to support 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, in line with current high-end smartphone standards.
There is also going to be an increase in charging capabilities. Both the Poco F8 Pro and F8 Ultra are likely to support 100W wired charging, with the Ultra likely to offer 50W wireless charging.
India launch and price
Although the global launch announcement has now become official, questions remain about its launch in India. Poco has not provided any formal communication about when or not the F8 series will arrive in the Indian market. However, brands usually bring their devices to India a few weeks after the global launch, so an arrival in early 2026 wouldn’t be surprising.
Pricing details are yet to be revealed. Sporting flagship-level specifications, the Poco F8 series is expected to compete with devices like the OnePlus 15, Oppo Find X9 series, Vivo X300 series, and other premium Android flagships.
