Just when you felt that the mid-range smartphone market could not get any other crowd, the Poco is ready to stir the pot again. Xiaomi sub-brand has officially confirmed that its next big release- Poco F7- is going to India later this month. While the teaser page of Flipkart does not spread the beans on the date of the exact launch, there are clues, are hidden in plain vision, and the discussion is increasing loudly during the day. But what is really Poco F7, and why is there so much attention before launch? Let’s know.
Poco F7 to launch soon
Although Poco has not formally disclosed the specifications yet, leaked and informed suggest suggests that F7 Redmi will be a rebranded version of Turbo 4 Pro, which is currently a tool limited to Chinese market. The Indian version, if the rumors come true, will probably mirror the feature set of your Chinese cybbing. And there is a lot to look forward.
The center of the Poco F7 is Snapdragon 8S General 4 Chip, the newest Middle-Commium processor in Qualcomm that distributes close-flagship performance. This is the same chip that has been used in the recently launched IQO NEO 10, and it is made without breaking gaming, multitasking, and excessive sweat.
The F7 has also been tipped with a 1.5K resolution, butter-samuth 120Hz refresh rate, and 1,800 peak peak brightness with a 6.83-inch flat Ltpo AMOLED display, which is ideally ideally for dialect, scrolling and sunlight streaming. One of the most discussed characteristics is a 7,550mAh silicone carbon battery.
It is expected to sports a 90W wired fast charger, which should refill the phone quite quickly despite the large -scale battery size. However, there is no wireless charging, it seems.
Regarding the camera, Leaks suggests that Poco F7 may sports a 50-megapixel Sony Lyt-600 primary sensor, which joined by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter, which seems decent. There is no word on selfie camera yet, but if it follows the Redmi model, it will probably be serviceable instead of standouts.
Poco F7 is expected to ship with the latest Android-based interface of Hyperos 2, Xiaomi, built on Android 15. While still in its early stages, hyperos are expected to focus on better performance, smooth animation and better resource management. In terms of internal hardware, the phone can come up to 512GB of LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage up to 16GB. This type of combo is usually reserved for flagship-tier devices. Security will probably be controlled by an in-display optical fingerprint scanner, and the dual stereo speakers are given almost at this price point.
Poco F7: Price and Availability
Poco F7 will be available soon and listed on Flipkart. While the Chinese version comes in black, white and green, it is not clear which finish will make its way for India. Poco can introduce new colors to suit the Indian market or simply carry existing people.
For pricing, interiors suggest that Poco F7 will fall between Rs 30,000 and Rs 35,000, like its predecessor. If so, it can offer serious value, reduce competitors with similar glasses.
