The World Pickle League (WPL) fascinated the audience with the presence of Bollywood actors Aamir Khan and Ali Fazal, who participated in an exhibition match at Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.

Khan and Fazal worked in court in a 15 -minute doubles match, partnering with professional players Lauren Markado and Thaddia Lock. Khan and Lock won 13–8. The actors also included the audience through live commentary.

Meanwhile, the WPL semi -finals saw Bangalore Jawans and Pune United safe in the finals of the tournament after closely contesting elections. The championship match is expected to give high intensity action as the League reaches its conclusion.
