Prabhas and filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi’s next film was launched in Hyderabad today on August 17. The shooting of the film will begin from August 24.
Prabhas has teamed up with director Hanu Raghavapudi for his next period action drama film, reportedly titled ‘Fauji’. The film was launched today on August 17 at a grand pooja ceremony in Hyderabad.
The shooting of the film is expected to start from August 24. in Hyderabad. The lead heroine of the film is expected to be announced today, but according to rumours, Mrunal Thakur may play the role. The film is believed to be based on the pre-independence era.

Several pictures of the ‘Salaar’ actor from the puja ceremony have surfaced online. In one of the pictures, Prabhas is seen with Prashanth Neel.
According to reports, Prabhas will be seen playing a British Army soldier in the film, which is being made on a record budget and is expected to release by the end of next year. Vishal Chandrasekhar is composing the music and background score for the film. Vishal has already composed three songs for the film. This action project of Prabhas and Hanu Raghavapudi will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
Meanwhile, Prabhas will soon resume shooting for Maruthi’s ‘Raja Saab’, a horror drama full of entertainment, which will be released in the summer of 2025. The film, produced by People Media Factory, has music by Thaman. Early next year, Prabhas is also set to join the sets of Sandeep Vanga’s ‘Spirit’.
