Kane Brown has already impressed country music fans with his stellar skills, ultimately landing him one of the most coveted titles at the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards. The One Thing Right artiste was honored with the Country Champion Award during a recently held event.
As he accepted the accolade, Kane Brown proved he was a perfect fit for the award. The awards ceremony was held on September 26, 2024, at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville. On stage, Brown gave an interesting speech, stating that he looks down on himself every day and feels that he should not be on the People’s Stage. Choice Country Award.
While he thanked his fans for their support and love, the Good As You artist encouraged children and every other person watching the program on television to “dream, help people, and don’t listen to people who Those who say no or tell you not to do something when you try to do it.”
While accepting the award he also thanked his wife.
The singer, who is married to Caitlin J. Brown and has three children, said, “He’s holding our house down,” adding that he is desperate to meet his “kids.”
Kane Brown becomes the second artist to receive the Champion Award. The first was Wynonna Judd, who was presented with the accolade at the inaugural People’s Choice Country Awards in 2023.
At the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards, Kane Brown was nominated for seven awards.
His nominations ranged from Male Artist of 2024, Music Video of 2024, Crossover Song of 2024, Collaboration Song of 2024, Song of 2024 and other categories.
She also won the 2024 Music Video Award for the track Miles on It at the event.
Kane Brown launched his most recent album titled Different Man in 2022. However, he has also been highly productive this year as he has collaborated with artists like Marshmello.
In the year 2021, the Lost in the Middle of Nowhere artist surprised his fans by becoming the first Black person to win Video of the Year during the Academy of Country Music Awards.
He was awarded praise for his track Worldwide Beautiful.
The 2024 PCCA is set to air live on NBC and Peacock on September 26 at 8PM ET/PT.
