Karva Chauth is an important festival celebrated by Indian women. Like many others, Bollywood wives are also ready to be a part of the fun and pray for the safety of their husbands. Yesterday, ahead of the main event on October 20, Parineeti Chopra jetted off to New Delhi to be with her husband Raghav Chadha. Soon after, she shared a glimpse of her mehendi design and how her house was illuminated for the festival. Shilpa Shetty also told what she got in her ‘Sargi’.
Earlier today, Parineeti Chopra was spotted in New Delhi with her in-laws and husband Raghav Chadha ahead of Karva Chauth. Soon after reaching home, the actress started preparing for the festival. First, she applied mehendi on her palms and immediately shared a picture of the minimalist design on her Instagram stories. The two hearts on the back of her palms are very cute. In another image, she showed off her beautifully decorated Delhi home.
Another Bollywood wife who is excited about the event is Shilpa Shetty. Some time back he had shown a glimpse of ‘Sargi’ which he probably got from his in-laws. If you look closely, you can see the gifts he has received. It included a silver thali with two small bowls, a beautifully decorated strainer, henna cones, green bangles, a shagun envelope, some clothes, jewellery, sweet and salty snacks, fruits and much more.

They are also joined by senior Bollywood actress Bhagyashree who is preparing for the Indian festival with full enthusiasm. She took to Instagram to share scenes from the fun she had at a mehendi party organized by one of her close friends. She also showed her simple mehendi design and dance moves. Captioning it, she wrote, “Mehendi party with the gang! Oh, what fun we had, we ate, we danced, we enjoyed ourselves…an evening when it was all about America!”
