- Start by adding the grated cheese and flour to a large bowl. Knead the mixture to make a smooth dough. While kneading, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour to it. This process will take about 6-7 minutes.
- Avoid adding water, as the cheese itself will release moisture into the dough.
- Once the dough is ready, divide it into equal parts and roll out the rotis.
- – Heat the pan on low-medium flame and place the rolled roti on it. Cook for a few minutes, then turn and cook the other side.
- Apply some ghee on the roti and enjoy it with your favorite dal or vegetable.
