As per an ETimes report, the singer has been undergoing surgeries since the age of seven.
He spoke about his journey and said, “When I started the mission, it was just a small initiative that I started at the age of seven, and now it has become the biggest mission of my life. I still have 413 children on my waiting list. Every concert of mine is dedicated to heart surgery of children whose parents cannot afford it. It feels like a responsibility. I am really happy that God chose me as a medium to do this.”

She further added, “When I did not have work as a singer for film music, I would sing for three hours and collect donations for just one child. As my songs started becoming popular, my fees increased. I would earn so much money that I could afford 13-14 surgeries in just one concert. So, I continued. I have always seen singing as a medium to bring about a change in society.”
Palak Muchhal is a singer and songwriter from Indore. She is known for songs like ‘Kaun Tujhe’, ‘Naiyo Lagda’, ‘Hua Hai Aaj Pehli Baar’ and ‘Dhokha Dhadi’. She is married to musician Mithun Sharma aka Mithoon.
