Talking about the experience, Sarwat said, “During that time, I realised what postpartum depression really is. I met my baby four days later in the hospital because I had undergone a serious surgery. He was having trouble feeding and I was also having trouble. So, I felt I should let him go so that I can get rid of the stress I was going through. When I entered the room, I was crying. I told Fahad that I wanted to hurt the newborn. He told me that this is postpartum depression.”
