Pak actor was signed before the Pahgam attack: Sardarji 3 makers on Hania Amir Ro
Amidst a fierce controversy, the makers of ‘Sardarji 3’ on Wednesday clarified that Pakistani actor Hania Amir was signed before the Pahalgam attack. The film is equipped by actor-singer Diljit Dosanj.

The makers of ‘Sardarji 3’, starring Diljit Dosanjh, issued a statement on Wednesday, which clarified that Pakistani actor Hania Amir was signed before the terrorist attack in Pahgam. It was also noted that the film was shot before tension between India and Pakistan.
The statement said, “It is to bring everyone’s notice whether the film named ‘Sardarji 3’ was shot well before the prevailing position that our country is facing now and it was never a case whether any Pakistani artist was signed or was engaged after the terrorist attack in Pahgam (SIC).”
It was also said that the decision not to release the film in India was due to the sensitivity of the situation.
“We unite with our country and our fellow countrymen during this sensitive time. Similarly, we decided not to release the film or any promotional material in India until the situation (SIC) is done,”
