Oppo will launch the Reno 14 series in India on 3 July. There are two phones, Oppo Reno 14 and Oppo Reno 14 Pro, in store with large attention on cameras, especially zoom. Oppo is actually to claim that it is to launch a phone with the first “segment with AI Telephoto Zoom and 120X Digital Zoom” with a blameless 3.5X optical zoom. Both Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro will share this zoom camera for every core imagination.
For that effect, both Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro have the same 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 sensor with a telephoto lens with a 3.5x (80 mm equivalent) telephoto lens, called Oppo “true defective optical zoom” with “background compression. Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro also have the same selfie camera, which uses a 50-megapixel JN5 sensor for a lens with autofocus. Two phones have different primary camera sensors, although in both cases, the resolution remains 50-megapixel. The Reno 14 Pro gets an omnipresent Ov50E sensor, while the Reno 14 has a Sony IMX882 – both have alternatively stable lenses. Finally, the Reno 14 Pro has another 50-megapixel ultravide, while the Reno 14 does with less powerful 8-megapixel ultravide. Especially for the Reno 14 Pro, Oppo says that it can “record 4K HDR videos on 60fps and record it on its front and back cameras.”
Speaking about, the Reno 14 Pro is also confirmed to be operated with a MediaTek demonsal 8450 processor and a 6,200mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. More information is awaited, but both Oppo Reno 14 and Reno 14 recently broke their China’s uniqueness, although the case is usually the case, Oppo did not change any glasses to keep the global model closer to its Chinese counterparts. It may be that Oppo Reno 14 series in India also follow the same route, but we have to wait and see it. Fortunately, we will not have to wait for a long time because the phones are launching next week, no one unveils the phone 3 after two days.
Global Reno 14 has a 6.59 inch AMOLED with 1080p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, while Reno 14 Pro has a 6.83-inch screen, which is also 120Hz AMOLED, but 1.5K resolution is high. The Reno 14 has a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging with 8350 processors under the hood. Both phones have been rated IP68/IP69 and Android 15-based Coloros 15 software is run.
