Oppo has officially launched its budget Android Tablet – Oppo Pad SE – Reno 14 series in India. For those who do not know, both devices were already launched in China, and now, they have made their way into the Indian market. With pads SE, the company is making great bets on great multimedia performance with solid battery life, all for less than Rs 15,000. Some of the major highlights of Oppo’s new affordable tablet include an 11 -inch LCD display, MediaTek Helio G100 chipset, a large 9,340mAh battery and 33W fast charging.
Oppo Pad SE: Price and Availability
Oppo pad SE is available in two colors – Starlite Silver and Twilight Blue – and come in three separate configurations. The base variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage (only Wi-Fi) is priced at Rs 13,999. The 6GB + 128GB LTE model comes for Rs 15,999, while the top-end version with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage with LTE is priced at Rs 16,999.
He said, there is also an introductory proposal. During the first sale on July 8, buyers can catch the tablet at an effective starting price of Rs 12,999, thanks to a discount coupon of Rs 1,000. The pad will be available online through SE Oppo India Store and Flipkart, and selected Oppo brand stores will also be for tombs on offline.
Oppo Pad SE: Glasses and major features
The main attraction of Oppo pad SE is its large 11-inch FHD+ (1920×1200) LCD screen with 16:10 aspect ratio. It supports the 90Hz refresh rate and can go up to 500 notes in brightness. It should be sufficient for most indoor and even some external use, whether you are watching videos, browsing, or getting through the day of walking work. Oppo is also avoiding pads SE as the first tablet in this price range to facilitate an anti-reflective mat coating.
Under the hood, the Oppo pad is powered by SE MediaTek’s Helio G 100 chipset, built on the 6Nm process. It is combined with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage up to 256GB. The software side is handled above the Android 15 above the Coloros 15.0.1 of Oppo. Oppo is also promising a clean and responsible user experience, appealing to the general audience in search of a nuisance-free tablet.
On the camera front, the Oppo pad SE gets a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front shooter. Both cameras support up to 1080p video recording on 30fps – very basic, but enough for video calls and sometimes scanning of documents.
Perhaps the biggest win for Oppo pad SE is its battery. The tablet comes with a huge 9,340mAh unit, which must easily stay for more than two days for most users. Oppo is also bundling 33W fast charging, which is a good touch at this price point.
Other major features include 4G LTE support, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4 and a USB Type-C port. The tablet weighs 527 grams (matte screen) and 530 grams (standard screen), and measures 7.39 mm in thickness.
