Oppo is preparing to compete with Apple, the leak says that it is making two foldables to challenge the iPhone Fold.
Oppo is ready to give a tough challenge to Apple this year. According to a report, the Chinese phone maker is expected to launch two new foldables in 2026 – Find N6 and Find N7. The latter is considered a direct competitor to the rumored iPhone Fold. Here are all the details.

Apple is expected to make its debut in the foldable smartphone segment this year with the iPhone Fold. It seems that Chinese phone maker Oppo is already planning to give the Cupertino giant a tough competition in this segment. According to a report by SmartPrix, Oppo will launch two foldables in 2026, one of which will be a direct rival to the foldable iPhone.
Oppo will launch two foldables in 2026
According to the report, Oppo has a dual-launch strategy for its foldable this year, starting with the Find N6. The Find N6 is scheduled to launch in China in February, with global availability expected in March. This device will probably be for users who want the best performance. Under the hood, the Find N6 will reportedly be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with 16GB of RAM.
The Oppo Find N6 will likely feature an 8.12-inch 2K LTPO OLED main display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 6.62-inch AMOLED cover screen. Based on these dimensions, you can expect the device to have a similar form factor to the Find N5. The foldable is also expected to have a triple-camera setup – a 200-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The Find N6 will likely pack a 6,000mAh dual-cell battery that will support both 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. The device reportedly maintains a slim profile at around 225g.
Oppo’s iPhone Fold rival is reportedly in the works
What’s more interesting is the second rumored foldable – the Oppo Find N7. According to the report, the Find N7 will take a different approach to the Find N6 and will be positioned as a direct rival to the iPhone Fold. The device could launch in September, around the same time as Apple’s foldable.
The Find N7 is said to have the N6’s high-end camera system and battery, but will be wrapped in a wider, book-style aspect ratio. This design choice revisits the passport-like proportions seen in the original Oppo Find N, indicating a deliberate move to match the rumored dimensions of Apple’s first foldable, which is also expected to come in a similar book-like form.
Although the specifications of the Oppo Find N7 have not been revealed, they may be similar to the Find N6.
There is very little information available about the price of these two alleged foldables of Oppo. For reference, the Oppo Find N5 was launched in China for 8,999 yuan (roughly Rs. 1,15,000). On the other hand, the iPhone Fold price in the US is expected to be around $2,400 (roughly Rs. 2,15,000).
