Openai is rumored to launch its much awaited AI model-5 model early next week. The upcoming AI model is a rumor to be the company’s most capable artificial intelligence model to date. It is expected to bring advanced arguments, multimodal functionality and autonomous functioning, reaching as an integrated model that combines the capabilities of the current O3 and 4O models of Openai.
Openai CEO Sam Altman has already indicated on the close -term release of the model, telling users on X (East Twitter) that “we are releasing GPT -5 soon.” In fact, during a recent appearance on this previous weekend podcast with Theo von, Altman also demonstrated the abilities of the model in real time. He described a moment when he asked GPT-5 a question that he could not answer himself: “I put it in the model, it’s GPT-5, and it completely responded to it,” Altman explained. “It was a strange feeling that I was feeling useless relative to AI.”
The GPT-5 has allegedly seen “in the wild” in recent weeks, more speculation about its impending release. The industry whispering, Openai can officially roll out the model in the early part of August, as well as mini and nano versions as well as designed for various levels of computational demand. The standard is expected to be available in both through the GPT-5 chatgpt and API of Openai, while the nano version will be limited to API users.
