OnePlus has confirmed the launch of the upcoming mid-range smartphone-Nard 5, Nord CE5, and Buds 4. The device will be unveiled in India on 8 July 2025 at the OnePlus Summer Launch event.

OnePlus is fully prepared to refresh its mid-range smartphone lineup with the launch of OnePlus OnePlus Nord 5 and OnePlus Nord CE5. The devices will launch in India on July 8, 2025. The company has officially announced that the launch will be during its OnePlus Summer Launch event, it has been scheduled for ITT at 2 pm. Along with Nord Series smartphone, OnePlus OnePlus Buds will also unveil the 4 wireless earphones.
While there are still days before the official unveiling, the discussion around the upcoming OnePlus launch is campaigning a lot. The company has also teased that the upcoming phone will promise “Important jump in mid-range smartphone performance”. In fact, the company claims that the OnePlus Nord series will allow users to get “flagship-grade power accessible to consumers”. Meanwhile, the upcoming OnePlus Buds 4 is deferred to provide users to “with flagship sound quality”.

OnePlus Nord 5 Specification
OnePlus Nord 5 has been officially confirmed to be the first Nord phone operated by Snapdragon 8-series chipset. The device will be operated by Snapdragon 8S General 3.
In terms of the display, Nord 5 features a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel with full-HD+ resolution of 2800 x 1272 pixels and 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is also confirmed to support up to 144hz gaming, call of duty: Mobile and Battleground Mobile India (BGMI) is allegedly running on a smooth 144FPS using frame interpolation.
OnePlus is also included with LPDDR5X RAM, 8GB and 12GB variants, with 256GB or 512GB storage options. A 5,200mAh battery with 80W supervisor charging is expected, while in India, a large unit of 6,600mAh can be on the card.
On the camera front, Leaks suggests that Nord 5 will come with a 50-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultravide lens on the back, as well as a 50-megapixel front-faceing camera for selfie and video calls. The phone has also been tipped to carry the IP65 rating and already confirmed to get the Cryo-Velocity VC cooling system of OnePlus with a 7,300 mm heat wastage area-similar to the Flagship OnePlus 13.
OnePlus Nord CE 5 specification
Meanwhile, more affordable brothers – Bahan – Nord CE5 – will arrive for users who want concrete performance at a lower price. The design of the phone is already manifested by OnePlus, and it signals with China-Xaclussive OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra-Lambwat aligned cameras and a smooth, minimal aesthetics. For specific visual appeal, Nord 5 can be introduced in dry ice, marble sand and phantom gray color variants, while Nord CE5 is tipped to get into black infinity and marble mist.
OnePlus Boods 4 to join smartphone lineup
Along with the Nord series, OnePlus also introduced the Buds 4 wireless earphones. Yearbuds are expected to provide a premium audio experience in game mode with dual drivers, dual DAC, high-RES LHDC 5.0, 3D audio support and ultra-lo 47ms delays. Color options include Zen Green and Storm Gray.
