Chip giant Nvidia on Thursday launched a lightweight artificial intelligence model for India’s widely used Hindi language, as it seeks to enter the growing market for AI technologies. The California-based company said Chief Executive Jensen Huang is set to hold talks with Reliance Industries Group Chairman Mukesh Ambani, also Asia’s richest man, at a conference in the business capital of Mumbai.

Nvidia is introducing its new mini-language model, called Nemotron-4-mini-4b, with 4 billion parameters, to help companies develop their own AI models, the company said.
