NVIDIA has officially announced that after recently debuted in Thailand, its cloud will be launched in India in November this November. The service, which allows users to directly stream and play on a wide range of devices directly from the cloud, is being introduced as a local partner of NVidia in partnership with Brothers Picture. With GeForce Now, gamers in India will be able to use high-end PC gaming without the need for powerful hardware, instead relying on the advanced server of Nvidia, smooth gameplays, advanced visuals and new AI-driven facilities are available elsewhere at equal membership rates.
The launch comes with Nvidia’s biggest update to serve so far, with Blackwell RTX architecture in September. This upgrade brings the Geforce RTX 5080-class performance in the upgrade cloud, promises rapid speed, high resolution and better visual allegiance. According to NVIDIA, the new server will deliver computing power to 62 teraflops, more than three times the current console, as well as raw traching and AI-supported rendering.
In terms of features, premium members will achieve access to a new option called Install-to-Play. This will allow the game to be installed directly into the cloud, extending the supported library to about 4,500 titles. Nvidia says that more than 2,200 steam games are already involved in this expansion, giving users a quite comprehensive catalog to choose.
Visual quality is also being promoted. The Geforce Now Seva will support 5K resolution and DLSS 4 up to 120FPS with a new cinematic streaming mode with rich colors and sharp texts with multi -frame generations. Meanwhile, NVIDIA reflex aims to keep the delays low, with support for 360fps streaming at 1080p and network delays below 30 milliseconds, which will appeal to competitive gamers.
The device support has also been widened. GeForce will now play on 90fps on steam decks, Lenovo’s legends at 4K 120fps on Go Handheld, and some up to 5K on LG monitor. Sangat LG TV will also support 4K 120Hz streaming without any additional hardware, while Mac users are set to benefit from full blackwell upgrade.
Despite the upgradation, membership prices remain unchanged. The final plan continues to be $ 19.99 (about Rs 1,750) per month or $ 199.99 (about Rs 17,500) annually, while the performance scheme is available $ 9.99 (about Rs 870) per month. Both schemes include 100GB cloud storage, which have additional storage options available for additional fees.
India’s launch time also matches with a busy gaming calendar. Titles like Borderlands 4, Call of Duty: Black Oms 7, Dyeing Light: The Beast and the Outer Worlds 2 are ready to release at the end of this year, and they will all be playing in clouds in a day through NVDia’s service. Other upcoming additions include Arc Reders, Vampire: The Mascardade – Bloodlines 2, and Hell Is As US.
