However, certified nutritionist Rachna Mohan is challenging this notion with a game-changing recipe that transforms the classic laddu into a nutritious treat. In a heartwarming Instagram reel, Rachna’s mother made her debut, showing the simple process of making the healthier laddu. The video, titled “My mother’s first reel” (My mother’s first reel) has taken the internet by storm.

In a video shared by the nutritionist and coach on Instagram, we see a simple process: dry roasting the mixture Celery (Celery), Fennel (fennel seeds), pumpkin seeds, black pepper, cashews, almonds and lotus seeds, then grind the mixture finely. The video has been viewed more than 4.5 million times since it was posted three weeks ago.

One user wrote, “Will you please share the recipe with the proper proportion of all the ingredients?” while another user commented, “Your mother is welcome – please share the correct quantity of each ingredient? This looks delicious and very healthy. I would love to make this for my son who is leaving for boarding school in 5 days.”
