The Red Magic 10 Pro and Red Magic 10 Pro+ flagships are here and they have what the brand calls the Snapdragon 8 Elite “Extreme Edition.”
The pair share mostly similar characteristics. The main difference is the battery and charging – the 10 Pro has a 6,500mAh battery with 80W charging, while the 10 Pro+ has a 7,050mAh silicon-nitride pack with 120W charging.
While the Nubia Red Magic 10 Pro packages 256GB or 512GB with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM as standard, the Pro+ comes with 512GB or 1TB and 16GB or 24GB of RAM. This is UFS 4.1 Pro, which is a faster standard than UFS 4.0.

Being gaming-focused phones, the Red Magic 10 Pro and Pro+ feature a highly sophisticated thermal system. It all starts with a 12,000mm2 3D Ice-Step Vapor Chamber, which Red Magic says is 18% larger than the previous phone. Then there is a 5,2000mm2 copper foil and a graphene layer.

The Nubia Red Magic 10 Pro series is the first series to use liquid metal cooling in a phone. It also offers active cooling via a 23,000rpm centrifugal fan.

The Nubia Red Magic 10 Pro series relies on the in-house Red Core R3 gaming chip with support for 120fps at “2K” resolution with super-resolution and super-concurrency. There are also 520Hz shoulder keys for additional gaming controls and dual X-axis linear vibration motors. A 3.5mm audio jack has been kept in the series.
Both phones share a 6.85-inch 1216x2688px BOE Q9+ AMOLED with 144Hz maximum refresh rate and 960Hz touch sampling rate. The panel can ramp up to 2,000 nits and supports DC dimming and 2,592 Hz PWM dimming.
There is a 16MP under-display selfie camera hidden in the display.
On the back, there are two 50MP cameras (the wide 1/1.5-inch OV50E40, and the ultrawide OV50D) and a 2MP macro sensor.
The Nubia Red Magic 10 Pro and 10 Pro+ are on pre-order now and will ship on November 18th. The Red Magic 10 Pro is priced at CNY 5299 (~€690/INR 62,000) and CNY 5799 (~€) for the 12/256GB model. 760/INR 68,000 for the 12/512GB model. Nubia Red Magic 10 Pro+ Dark Knight is priced at CNY 5,999 (~€780/INR 70,000) for 16/512GB or CNY 6299 (~€820/INR 74,000) and CNY 7499 (~€980/INR 74,000) for the Silver Wing model. . INR 87,000 for the 24GB/1TB version). There will be a special edition Golden Saga Red Magic 10 Pro+ in 24GB/1TB priced at CNY 9499 (~€1,240/INR 112,000).
