The Nothing Phone 3a Lite comes with a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz. The display is virtually identical to that of the Nothing Phone 3A and the CMF Phone 2 Pro. The Phone 3A Lite is powered by the Dimensity 7300 Pro, which is the same chipset as the CMF Phone 2 Pro. The device also comes with a 5,000mAh battery and 33W fast charging.

The device also gets a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel main, 8-megapixel ultrawide and 2-megapixel macro sensors.
