Smartphone company Nothing is reportedly working on its upcoming line-up. Rumor has it that it will launch its three devices in 2025. This line-up is expected to feature a Nothing phone (3). Along with the flagship models, it may also release the Nothing Phone (3A) and Phone (3A) Plus or Pro. Its predecessor, the Nothing Phone (2), was slated to launch in July 2023, and the Nothing Phone (2A) in March 2024. But the upcoming series is rumored to arrive in the same year. A tipster on X leaked that the company is currently working on three new smartphones. This leak also provides information about their possible release timeline.

This follows the appearance of the rumored Nothing Phone (3) on Geekbench. According to tipster @heyitsyogesh on X, these phones are likely to be unveiled in the first half of 2025.

Nothing Phone 3: leaked features

The new smartphone, identified with the A059 model number, was recently spotted on the Geekbench platform, reports 91Mobiles. The device is widely speculated to be the Nothing Phone (3), which is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7S Gen 3 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. On Geekbench, it scored 1,149 points in the single-core test and 2,813 points in the multi-core test. The listing also confirms that the phone will run on Android 15, possibly with NothingOS 3.0 custom skin.

This marks a change from the Nothing Phone (2), which was a high-end model with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. This suggests that phone (3) may return to a more mid-range position, similar to the original phone (1). However, this phone (3) may represent the base version of the series, as two model variants – A059 and A059P – were recently found in the IMEI database, with A059P possibly being the more powerful Pro model.

Additionally, the upcoming phone may also have action buttons and a 6.5-inch display, while the Pro version may have a 6.7-inch screen. The action buttons are expected to work just like on the iPhone. This customizable button is expected to provide users with advanced controls, allowing them to launch apps, toggle settings, and personalize their experience. This reflects Nothing’s commitment to creating innovative, user-centered designs and staying up to date.

If the processor rumors are true, the mid-range segment of phones will also be back. The company has launched its Phone 2 at a starting price of Rs 44,999 and Phone 1 at a starting price of Rs 32,999.
