CMF Phone 2 Pro launch: 5 things we already know
design: Beyond the launch, there is nothing, in full glory, CMF has revealed the design of the phone 2 Pro. The upcoming phone looks similar to its predecessor, CMF phone 1. However, some are remarkable upgrades. First, the phone 2 Pro Sports is an upgrade from a triple camera system, dual-camera setup on the phone 1. Since there is no elevated camera island, the third camera lens looks like a togal button.

Secondly, the Phone 2 Pro will have a dual tone back panel feature, which will give it a look at the Motorola Razra Chlamshell devices. (But it will not turn). The texture of both sides is also different, as shown in teased paintings. So far, the company has teased two color options including orange and gray. In addition, the company claims that the upcoming device “Ultra-Slim and Ultra-Light.”
Processor: CMF Phone 2 Pro has been set to facilitate MediaTek’s Demistance 7300 Pro processor. The company says that this new chipset will provide extended performance compared to one used in last year’s CMF Phone 1, claiming “up to 10 percent faster CPU speed” and “improvement up to 5 percent in graphics handling”. Additionally, it will be equipped with the next generation NPU, which is capable of “4.8 trillion operations”.
Camera System: The device will be equipped with three rear cameras: a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens 2x optical zoom, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens offering an 119.5-degree area.

Essential place: One of the standout features of CMF Phone 2 Pro will start the required key – an additional side button with a power button. This new button will activate a feature known as “Essential Space”, which creates a dedicated area to store often to be accessed often such as voice notes, screenshots and photos. The system is expected to include AI-powered “smart collections”, which automatically organizes files in categories based on its type, reduces the need for manual pruning. It is uncertain whether the required key will also provide immediate camera access, as nothing has been seen with the phone 3A, although early teasers indicate some similarities in functionality.
Display: According to the company, nothing will be the CMF Phone 2 Pro “the largest and most talented performance of the section”. Without removing more nuances, it says that the upcoming phone will be a gaming hub. For gamers, the phone is expected to offer a rapid 1000Hz touch response rate for 120fps gameplay support and smooth interaction for titles like BGMI.
CMF Phone 2 Pro: Price in India (leaked)
According to Tipster Yogesh Brar, the CMF Phone 2 Pro is expected to be around Rs 20,000, which aligns with the pricing of its predecessor, CMF Phone 1. This approximate figure applies to the base version, which contains 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. A high-end version offering 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage is also estimated to be priced more than Rs 20,000.
Although these figures are not yet official, they are not fit within the CMF strategy for consumers with budget and mind. Interestingly, Brar’s original post on X (East Twitter) was removed immediately after it was live, leaving the readers to draw their conclusions.
For reference, CMF brand launched its first phone for Rs 15,999. Now, given that the upcoming model bears a “pro” label, expected to increase a slight price – some seems to confirm this latest leaks.
