On 9 September, everyone’s eyes were on Apple during the ‘Awesome Dropping’ event. The iPhone launch is certainly the biggest technical event every year. This year, things were not different with the iPhone 17 series. Google and Samsung tried to achieve some spotlight by reminding users of their benefits.

Google makes fun of Apple with an advertisement

Google has a long history of making comparative advertisements of its pixel against iPhones. A day after the launch of the iPhone 17, Tech Giants once again returned.

The new commercial follows the same subject of Pixel 10 Pro, which interacts with an iPhone. This time the setup is a farm, where the iPhone is working hard to manage the flock of chickens. When the pixel asks the iPhone about the situation, the Apple device claims that he is trying to sing chickens, in the same way.

Pixel gets confused and tells the iPhone that the video was made using Gemini AI and not real -life chickens. This was a direct excavation on Apple’s struggles with Apple Intelligence as Cupertino is a huge giant interval behind Google in the AI race, give the video generation alone.

The advertisement only gets better. The iPhone discovers that Pixel can make such videos with AI, it asks about the previous clip of turtles running banks. When Pixel confirms that the video was also made on Gemini, the iPhone goes to a group of turtles trying to learn mathematics, and asks for a team meeting.

Advertisement ends with tag ‘Ask more about your phone,’ Pixel 10 launch tagline. Google Pixel offers one year of Google AI Pro with Pixel 10 Pro.

Samsung reminds its profit against iPhone 17

Samsung is Apple’s biggest contestant in the smartphone market. The company’s S-series goes against the device and foldable phone iPhone. This year, the Korean giant posted a string of tweets on X (East Twitter), reminding users that Apple still lags behind with the iPhone 17.

The Samsung Mobile US account brought back a 2022 tweet that said, “We know when it folds,” pointing to the lack of foldables from Apple. The company quoted this post with caption, “#Cant believes it is still relevant.”

It was a clear excavation on Apple that is still not a foldable iPhone. Samsung launched its first foldable in 2019. In addition, the hashtag meant a satirical excavation on the word iPhone.

The Korean phone manufacturer also compared the camera of the iPhone 17 Pro Max with S25 Ultra. While the S25 Ultra has a 200-megapixel main camera, the cameras of the iPhone 17 Pro are 48 megapixels. The tweet said, “48MP x 3 is still not equal to 200MP.”

Samsung also launched a cheap route for users in the US that was not happy with Apple’s ‘Awe Dropping’ event. Once again, the company played with words, called Apple Keenot as ‘ZZZ-Note’ event. The cheap route is to switch users from Apple Ecosystem to Samsung. The winner will get a Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, and a Galaxy Watch 8 Classic Free.
