Actress Nora Fatehi recently revealed about her different appearance. She was speaking at a film festival when she highlighted the importance of dressing differently as most women in the industry today look the same. Nora, who is known for her curvy body and dancing skills, shared that she has instructed her stylists not to dress her like Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan or Ananya Panday.

During a conversation with former journalist Rajiv Masand at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne, Nora talked about the presence of leading ladies in the film industry and their similar ‘aesthetics’. She said, “My aesthetic is the same as most of the girls in our industry right now. We’ve started looking alike. I don’t know how it happened.”

The 32-year-old explained how her body demands to dress a certain way, and she can’t follow the trends that other women in the industry are following. “Today when I have the power to talk, I tell my stylists, ‘This is too much. The way they dress Ananya (Pandey), Sara (Ali Khan) or Janhvi (Kapoor), they dress me. Can’t wear it that way,” she said.

Nora said she asks her team not to follow trends and focus on how a particular outfit will look on them. “My body is not the same. I have a lot of struggle where I have to impose it on stylists and directors because they will make certain clothes and be like, ‘Okay, other people are wearing this.’ I get it, but unfortunately other people don’t look like me when I wear it”, she explained.

The actor has been appearing in special dance numbers and as a judge on reality shows. Nora was also recently seen in Kunal Khemu’s film Margao Express. She is now preparing for her Telugu debut with Matka, which also stars Varun Tej and Meenakshi Choudhary. This film is going to be released on screens on November 14.
