The actress is now taking time off from work to spend time with her son Koa Phoenix Dolan. The actress and her husband Michael Dolan are raising their baby in a serene environment abroad, away from the hustle and bustle of B-Town. Amidst all this, Ileana shared some interesting details about how she keeps herself motivated, whether she gets enough sleep as a new mother and what she does in her free time.

Ileana answered a slew of questions on Instagram Stories, one of which was how she keeps herself motivated. To which Ileana replied that she gives herself time and space to adapt and evolve and doesn’t set unrealistic goals that are unattainable. She basically intends to do one thing a day.

Another user asked her how she spends her free time. To this, Ileana joked, “What free time?” and quickly added that whenever she gets time for herself, she goes for a drive alone or sits in her backyard listening to music or does an ‘ask me a question’ session on Instagram. Basically things to unwind and refresh.
