Designer-entrepreneur and now an actor, Masaba Gupta gave birth to a baby girl on October 11. Daughter of veteran actor Neena Gupta, she married actor Satyadeep Mishra last year. While the couple announced the arrival of their little one with a sweet post, this was grandmother Neena Gupta’s Instagram caption ‘Daughter’s Daughter’ While introducing her granddaughter, she broke the internet. In an exclusive conversation with India Today Digital, the Panchayat actor opened up about the newest member of the family. He also shared that his granddaughter has taken care of her father Satyadeep.

We asked about the emotional journey of becoming a grandmother and holding a baby for the first time. She surprised us with her answer as she said, “There is no feeling, there is only responsibility right now (No emotions at this point because it’s all about responsibility). We just want that Masaba also gets adequate rest. I’m there to make sure he gets his regular four-hour naps. “Everyone is involved right now, so it hasn’t really sunk in.”

Neena Gupta also shared that the girl is ahead of her father Satyadeep in terms of physical appearance. When asked to choose one quality between Masaba and Satyadeep that she would want in her child, the acclaimed actor said, “Sattu is complete Zen, she is very calm. She is amazing. Masaba, on the other hand, is fiery. I “I really want their daughter to have a balanced personality, with some elements borrowed from both of them.”

When we mentioned that if that happens, it would make the baby look like Nina, the actor laughed and said, “No no, I’m not Zen at all.”
