In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, the company informed that it has e-auctioned 609 residential units in two projects ‘Aspire Leisure Valley’ and Aspire Centurion Park for Rs. 1,069.43 crores sold at a total sales value of Rs.
NBCC will get a marketing fee at the rate of 1 percent of the sale value. NBCC did not name the buyer.
As directed by the Supreme Court, Amrapali Stalled Projects Investments Reconstruction Establishment (ASPIRE) was formed by NBCC to complete the stalled projects of Amrapali.
The state-owned firm was asked to complete 38,000 flats and hand them over to home buyers. To complete these flats approximately Rs. 8,300 crore investment was estimated.
Meanwhile, Delhi-based AU Real Estate said it has acquired the sales rights of Aspire Leisure Valley (Phase 2) and Aspire Centurion Park from NBCC.
“The combined transaction value is Rs 1,069 crore, covering a total of 609 residential units,” the realty firm said in a statement.
The company has invested Rs. 696.20 crore for 462 units and Rs. 373.23 crore in ‘Aspire Centurion Park’ project has bought 147 units.
AU Real Estate Director Ashish Aggarwal said that the company has invested Rs. 7,979 per sq ft starting price has launched the ‘Aspire Leisure Valley’ project.
