According to the anime’s official website, Natsume’s Book of Friends Season 7 Episode 11 will be titled ‘Tell Me Your Name’. This episode will see Natsume and Nyanko-sensei visit Shihotani Forest after hearing rumors of the yokai returning their name.
There they will meet a yokai named Soranome who is able to sense the emotions of others. Soranome would reveal that it was the first yōkai whose name was inscribed in Riko’s Book of Friends in Natsume’s Book of Friends Season 7 Episode 11.
Curious about her grandmother, Natsume listens as Soranome shares memories of her conversations with Reiko and a certain girl, providing insight into her past and the relationships she has formed during her time there.
Natsume’s Book of Friends Season 7 Episode 10 Recap
Natsume’s Book of Friends Season 7 Episode 10, titled ‘The House Where a Promise Remains’, features Natsume avoiding a confrontation with a one-eyed yokai with the help of Matoba’s allies. Matoba and Natori find an exit from the room but activate a spell while escaping.
Matoba arrives just in time for the Miharu estate’s ritual. The yokai Bobozukin, although formless, emits an impressive aura accepted by the Matoba clan. Matoba offers him sake and the Bobozukin mask, gaining his consent to protect the house.
After this, Matoba and Natsume share a rare moment of mutual understanding, with Natsume thinking about Masakio, the exorcist who once saved the yokai. Natsume’s Book of Friends Season 7 Episode 10 concludes with Natsume choosing a loquat with Nyanko-sensei before returning home.
