Natasha Stankovic makes the week exciting with a dance routine to do a little cardio with the kids
When we find it difficult to get out of bed and hit the gym, Natasha Stankovic becomes our fitness guide. Her workout videos on Instagram serve as our ultimate motivation. Once again, the actress gave her Insta-family a great workout. Natasha’s little companions were the same as always: her son Agastya and nephew Kavir. Dressed in a black cropped top and white pants, she showed off her most amazing moves to the A Bar Song track. Shyness was left behind as Natasha danced with the kids. Their great footwork, hand gestures and body movements showed commendable flexibility and physical strength. The way Natasha matched the energy of the munchkins proved that she can replicate the same vibes as them. Courtesy? Her commitment to fitness. “We are milk drunk,” she captioned. Dance has many health benefits including increased muscle strength, motor fitness and endurance, improved muscle tone, better coordination and flexibility and faster weight loss.

This wasn’t the first time Natasha was seen teaching dance to her online fanbase. In another Instagram entry, she shared a picture documenting some of the “happy moments” of her life. What we loved the most was her dance clip in the gym. She wore a full-sleeved black crop top and matching shorts and danced her heart out to a peppy song. Her great moves and effortless choreography were a treat to watch. She lip-synced to the lyrics and danced with a smile, enjoying every beat. After all, it’s no secret that dance is an instant mood-lifter, reducing depression and improving our mental health.

Earlier, Natasha turned her focus to doing weight training exercises to get "stronger every day". In an Instagram video, cricketer Hardik Pandya's wife was seen beginning her tough training with deadlift reps. She also tried lunges with 12.5 kg dumbbells on both hands. Bulgarian split squats with weights were next on her workout schedule. Weight training activities strengthen bones, regulate blood sugar levels, improve stamina, boost metabolism and burn calories.
