Moto Razr 50: Specifications

The Moto Razr 50 is expected to feature a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED display, which will be a modern version of the classic flip phone. This screen could offer HDR10+ support and a peak brightness of around 3000 nits, making it ideal for viewing content even in bright environments. The 120Hz refresh rate could ensure smooth scrolling and transitions, with the resolution of 1080 x 2640 pixels providing sharp and vibrant images at a density of 413 pixels per inch. The cover display is expected to be 3.6 inches with an AMOLED panel, which will likely have a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1700 nits, ensuring responsiveness and clarity. The cover display could also be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, adding strength to its design.

The phone’s construction is expected to include a variety of materials, such as plastic on the front, glass on the front, silicone polymer on the back, and an aluminum frame with stainless steel hinges. It could also be water-resistant with an IPX8 rating, potentially protecting it from submersion in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes. Weighing around 188.4 grams, the Razr 50 could have a slim size when opened, measuring around 7.3mm thick.

Camera features are expected to include a dual-camera setup on the rear, likely with a 50MP wide lens with OIS and a 13MP ultrawide lens. For selfies, a 32MP front camera could be included, with support for 4K video recording at 30fps on both the front and rear cameras. The phone is likely to be powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 7300X chipset running Android 14. Storage options could include 256GB with 8GB of RAM or 512GB with 12GB of RAM. The 4200 mAh battery could support 30W wired and 15W wireless charging. Connectivity features are expected to include Wi-Fi 6e, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC, likely including colour options like Koala Gray, Beach Sand, and Spritz Orange.
