Motorola has launched the Edge 50 Ultra, which is available for sale in the Indian market for the first time today. As the flagship model in the Edge 50 series, the Edge 50 Ultra differs from its previous models Edge 50 Pro and Edge 50 Fusion, which were offered in vibrant Pantone shades. This time, Motorola has taken a different approach by introducing a unique wooden rear panel for the first time in its smartphone, which has a pleasant scent. Motorola Edge 50 Ultra: Price and availability

Motorola has launched the Edge 50 Ultra in India, priced at Rs 59,999 for the 12GB+512GB variant. There is an introductory discount of Rs 5000, which brings the price down to Rs 54,999. Moreover, if you have an ICICI Bank or HDFC Bank card, you can get an additional discount of Rs 5000. This means that you can buy the phone for even less than Rs 49,999 combining all the discounts. The first sale will start on June 24, 2024 at 12 noon on major retail stores like Flipkart, Motorola.in and Reliance Digital.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra: Specifications

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra runs on the latest Android 14 operating system and features the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 mobile platform processor, which ensures smooth and fast performance. It comes with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, which can be expanded up to an additional 12GB, and offers 512GB of built-in UFS 4.0 storage, giving you plenty of space for all your apps, photos, and files.

Security is top notch with an on-screen fingerprint reader, face unlock, ThinkShield and Moto Secure. The phone is equipped with a variety of sensors including proximity, ambient light (front), 3-in-1 sensor (exposure, auto white balance, flicker), accelerometer, gyroscope, SAR sensor and magnetometer (compass).

It is also IP68 water-resistant.
